Shipping Area: thetruequantum.com ships products internationally from the United States. We deliver to Europe and most countries served by our carrier. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs procedures beyond our control.

Carrier & Service: Orders are shipped via CJPacket Ordinary, a reliable standard international delivery service. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number may be provided so you can follow your parcel online.

Shipping Fee: We apply a flat shipping fee of €8 per order, regardless of the number of items or destination country. This flat rate simplifies cost calculation for our customers. (Note: if exceptional additional charges apply for certain destinations or very specific parcels, this will be indicated at checkout.)

Delivery Times: Average delivery times to Europe are generally 7 to 15 business days (about 1 to 3 weeks) from the date of dispatch. These times may vary depending on the destination country and potential delays due to customs formalities or peak periods (public holidays, year‑end, etc.). We endeavour to process and ship your order within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation. You will be notified by email when your parcel ships.

Taxes & Customs: For deliveries outside the United States (notably to the European Union), import duties or taxes may be charged by local authorities upon arrival. These additional fees are the customer’s responsibility and vary depending on each country’s regulations. We recommend checking your country’s import rules to avoid surprises. thetruequantum.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Delivery Issues: If your parcel is significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service so we can find a solution (see Sales Terms for returns and exchanges in case of damaged products). We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control (strikes, customs, force majeure), but we will do our best to assist you and minimise their impact.
