Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may change your mind shortly after placing an order. That’s why we have a cancellation policy with conditions linked to the order’s fulfilment stage:

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within one (1) calendar day after purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel, please contact our customer service as soon as possible, preferably by email, indicating your order number and cancellation request. If your request reaches us in time and the parcel has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund (including shipping fees) to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation, and the refund will generally appear within a few business days depending on banking timelines.

  • No Cancellation After Shipment: Once your order has been handed over to the carrier (i.e., the status is shipped), we can no longer interrupt delivery. At that stage, cancellation and immediate refund are not possible. You will need to wait to receive the parcel. Important: If, after receipt, you still do not want the product or if it has a problem, please refer to our Sales Terms for return or claim options (e.g., exercise of the EU right of withdrawal within 14 days if applicable, or return for damaged item/order error within 15 days). In short, once the product is delivered, any request for a “return” or “cancellation” will be handled under our usual return and guarantee policies, and not as a simple order cancellation.

  • How to Cancel Within the Allowed Window: If you are within 24 hours of purchase and the order has not shipped, contact us without delay. We will confirm by return message whether cancellation is still possible. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be initiated. No cancellation fee applies. Note that if the one‑day period has elapsed but, by exception, the order has still not been shipped, you may still contact us: we will check if cancellation is still feasible, but without guarantee. Beyond the standard timeframe, cancellation remains at our discretion.

This cancellation policy aims to offer flexibility to our customers while taking into account logistics constraints (fast preparation and shipping). Before validating your cart, please double‑check your order (products, quantities, address) to avoid the need for cancellation.
