Sales Terms

These Sales Terms govern transactions carried out on thetruequantum.com. By confirming an order, you accept the conditions below regarding order placement, payment, delivery, product returns, and other contractual terms.

Order Process: When you place an order on our site, you must follow the online checkout process. After selecting products and validating the cart, you must provide the required information (contact details, delivery address, payment method, etc.) and confirm your acceptance of the order. A confirmation email will be sent to you summarising your order details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a problem (e.g., suspected fraud, incomplete information, or product unavailability).

Prices & Payment: Product prices are shown in euros (€), excluding shipping costs and (where applicable) import taxes. No VAT is charged by thetruequantum.com for international shipments from the United States, but import taxes in your country may apply as mentioned in the Shipping Policy. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept several secure payment methods, such as bank cards and other online payment solutions offered on the site (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc.). All transactions are encrypted and secure. In the event of payment failure or refusal by banking institutions, the order cannot be validated and we will have no obligation to deliver the products.

Validation & Availability: Our product offers are subject to availability. As stated in the Terms of Service, if a product ordered ultimately becomes unavailable or out of stock, we will notify you promptly. We may offer an alternative, or cancel the unavailable item from the order and refund its price. Delivery of Products: Delivery is carried out according to the terms described in the Shipping Policy above. The risks (loss or damage) related to transport are transferred to the customer when they, or a third party designated by them, take physical possession of the goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the parcel and the products upon receipt and to make any reservations with the carrier if necessary. If a parcel is visibly damaged on arrival, we recommend noting it on the carrier’s delivery note and contacting us as soon as possible.

EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with European distance‑selling law, EU consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. During this cooling‑off period, you may cancel your purchase without giving any reason. If you wish to exercise this right, you must notify our customer service (preferably by email, or any written medium) before the 14‑day period expires. You must then return the product, at your expense, in its original condition and if possible in its original packaging, to the address we will provide. Provided that the product reaches us in good condition, we will refund the amount paid for the item (including standard initial shipping costs) within 14 days of the date we were informed of your decision to withdraw, or, if later, upon receipt of the returned product. Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or to goods that are clearly personalised or made to the consumer’s specifications. Outside these legally provided cases, we apply the withdrawal right scrupulously.

Return & Refund Policy (Defective Product or Error): Independently of the withdrawal right above, thetruequantum.com offers a 15‑day commercial return policy after receipt in the following situations:

  • Damaged or Defective on Arrival: If the item you receive is damaged, broken, or presents a malfunction detected upon receipt, you must contact us within 15 calendar days of delivery. You may be asked to provide photos or evidence of the damage. Depending on the case, we will offer an exchange for an identical product in good condition (subject to stock availability) or a full refund of the price paid for the defective product, including shipping costs. We will provide the return procedure for the damaged product, which will be at our expense if the defect is confirmed.

  • Order Preparation Error: If you did not receive the correct product (wrong item delivered, incorrect quantity, etc.), please notify us within 15 days of receipt. After verification, we will send you the correct product at no additional cost, and we may ask you to return the incorrect product at our expense. If the ordered product is no longer available, we will proceed with a refund.

Outside cases of damaged products or an error on our part, returns for other reasons (dissatisfaction, incompatibility not due to a product page error, change of mind beyond the legal withdrawal right) are not accepted under our commercial policy. Important: Each customer may benefit from only one dissatisfaction‑based return or exchange. This means that if you have already obtained a return or goodwill gesture from us following a claim, any subsequent request of the same nature may be refused, except in the event of a new issue covered by the legal guarantee or a proven non‑conformity of the product. We therefore reserve the right to limit to one return/refund per customer under this policy to prevent abuse. This limitation does not affect your legal rights (right of withdrawal, legal guarantees in case of defects) but concerns additional goodwill gestures offered beyond those obligations.

Warranty & Support: Our products are covered by applicable legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by law. If a product fails or shows a manufacturing defect after the initial 15‑day return period, please contact us so we can assess the situation and guide you (for example, towards manufacturer warranty support where available).
